I've had this laptop battery for a month now, and it has done its job as it said it would. A fraction of the cost of the official Apple equivilant and thus far a equal counter part. Arrived quickly and efficiently. Im a happy customer and would reccomend to all.
Thought it would be hard to find a ASUS X50N Battery compatable for my old laptop without a lot of running around, but was quick, easy and fast, Good quality product at a reasonable price.
My Compaq Laptop is just over 10 years old, and the last 6 months it was dead. I mean I couldn't turn it on, or charge it. I thought it was the Compaq Presario V5000 Battery, but it was the charger... Any way, my old battery would last like 30 minutes, this lasts around 2 hours, if not more. So well worth the money, considering buying another one for when I'm on the road.

The HP 485041-001 Battery is pretty good so far. No compatibility problems. Fit and finish is good. The rubber feet needed to be re-glued, I used superglue and no problems so far. Charge time is fast and I got a good 2-3 hours of heavy use out of it which is good because my laptops and power hog. I don't know about long term but if I get 12-18 months out of it I'll be happy and a return customer. Used for 2 weeks so far.
